The Lead Coach

I believe every young person deserves practical tools to better understand themselves, manage emotions, communicate clearly, and make decisions they can be proud of.
As a Youth Development Instructor and Coach, I help young people strengthen self-awareness, decision-making, confidence, communication, and leadership skills through practical, real-life learning experiences.
I WORK WITH:
• Middle school students
• High school students
• Youth transitioning into adulthood
I also partner with parents, schools, churches, nonprofits, youth sports, and community organizations to support young people in the environments where they live, learn, and grow.
My approach is non-clinical, strengths-based, and focused on development—not labeling problems.
My mission is simple: help young people better understand themselves, recognize the impact of their choices, and develop the skills to move forward with purpose.
